Monday – Friday: 7:00am- 2:00pm
Orders must be received at least 24 hours in advance, 48 hours is preferred to ensure product availablity and we meet your expectations. For catering orders submitted within the 24 hour notice it will be placed on hold in Catertrax System. Please contact Eurest directly 704-423-5538 to confirm.
Eurest kindly request a minimum of 10 people for hot catering orders.
Our goal is to deliver your order 15 minutes prior to the event and clean up immediately following your event to comply with FDA Food and Safety guidelines.
In accordance with FDA Food and Safety guidelines Eurest must discard any perishables (foods that can spoil or become contaminated by bacteria if unrefrigerated) left out at room temperature for more than two hours.
Eurest goal is to offer the highest quality in food and service to our clients. Your assistance is very much appreciated by giving us at least a 24 hours notice, otherwise the department will be charged for products that cannot be used (perishable or pre-prepared)
